1. Definitions

“We” or “Beyond Café” refers to the café and its operators. “You” or “the guest” refers to any user of the website or of our services.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the website or completing any booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, and not to take any action that harms the site, disrupts its operation, or violates applicable regulations.

4. Bookings (rooms & offices)

• •Rooms and offices are booked by the hour, subject to availability.
• •Please arrive at your booked time; late arrivals may be rescheduled based on availability.
• •We may request confirmation or a deposit to secure a booking.
• •Beyond Café reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking when necessary, with notice to you.

5. Pricing & payments

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are made through our available methods, and prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & refunds

A booking may be cancelled or amended per the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. Amounts paid may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-show.

7. Guest conduct

We expect our guests to respect the space, other guests and staff. Any conduct that breaches the law or public decency is prohibited, and we may ask anyone in breach to leave without prejudice to our legal rights.

8. Private events & occasions

Private events and occasions are governed by a separate agreement setting out the details, costs and obligations of both parties, and we may request a deposit to confirm the booking.

9. Limitation of liability

We strive to provide an excellent and safe service; however, Beyond Café is not liable for any indirect damages or loss of personal property inside the café, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Beyond Café and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
